Saturday November 22d, I Know Everyone Now Is Waiting On The Perch And Lake Trout.
Water Temps Are In The Mid 40s Which Is Good But The Weather Patterns Have Been Unstable, Perch Really Don’t Care For Unstable Weather. The Bite Could Start Any Moment On Any Given Day You Just Have To Get Up And Get Out. There Have Been A Few In The Harbors And At The Slip But Definitely Just A Few. Minnows On Crappie Rigs, Perch Pounders, Perch Slayers, Etc…Small Jigs With Spikes, Pieces Of Night Crawlers, Or Shrimp Are All Good Bait Choices!

At Diversey They Have Been Getting Some Nice Crappies, Blue Gills And Rock Bass Around The Docks On Wax Worms, Spikes And Minnows.

There Have Been A Few Steelhead And Brown Trout In And Around The Harbors On Hair/Maribu Jigs With Wax Worms, Larger Shiner Minnows, Shrimp, Crankbaits And Spoons. Kings Are Just About Done For The Season.

Passes Are Available On There Website. Fishing Is Still Allowed All Along The North Side Of The Pier For Those Who Are Not Interested In Going Out On The Docks. The Fishermans Parking Discount For Navy Pier Is $9.00 From 5am To 10am With Your Valid Fishing License. For Those Who Want To Fish After 10am You Can Use Park Whiz Or Spot Hero For Local Parking Discounts.
