FRIDAY MAY 31st, THE WATER IS STARTING TO WARM SO THINGS ARE TRANSITIONING. COHO ARE MOVING OFF SHORE TO DEEPER WATER, STILL MAY BE ONE AROUND HERE OR THERE BUT FOR THE MOST PART THAT SEASON ON SHORE HAS ENDED HERE. THEIR HAVE BEEN A FEW BIG SHEEPHEAD CAUGHT ON SOFT SHELLS....

SUNDAY MAY 12th, HAPPY MOTHERS DAY. COHO FISHING HAS SLOWED AND IS ALMOST OVER FOR SPRING BUT THERE ARE STILL A FEW BEING CAUGHT ON LARGE MINNOWS, NIGHT CRAWLERS AND LURES. WATER TEMPS ARE STILL IN THE LOW 50s. SMALLMOUTH SHOULD START BECOMING MORE ACTIVE. PERCH IS CLOSED SO ONLY CATCH AND RELEASE...
