TUESDAY OCTOBER 18th, PERCH SHOWING UP IN THE HARBOR ON MINNOWS OR JIGS WITH SPIKES. SALMON AND TROUT BITE STILL ON THE SLOW SIDE, THE ONES THAT HAVE BEEN CAUGHT WERE ON LARGER MINNOWS AND SPAWN. OCTOBER 13th, 2016 SALMON AND TROUT HAVE SLOWED BUT ARE STILL BEING CAUGHT, MOSTLY ON BAIT SUCH AS GOLDEN ROACHES, LARGE MINNOWS AND SALMON EGGS. A FEW STILL BEING TAKEN ON SPOONS BUT NOT AS MANY. SNAGGING HAS BEEN GREAT IN ALL THE LEGAL PLACES. ALSO HAD A PERSON FISHING FOR PERCH THE OTHER DAY...
