FISHING REPORT

THURSDAY OCTOBER 26th, I call this time of year transition time, fall to winter! Not sure how things are going to change with the upcoming weather forecast but as for right now there are still a few Salmon, Kings and Coho being caught as well as Steelhead/Rainbow Trout. Some still being taken on spoons and crankbaits as well as spawn sacs, larger roach/shiner minnows, night crawlers, shrimp, hair/maribu jigs with wax/butter worms. No perch reports as of yet but it’s getting close. A few nice Northerns and even a Burbot caught this past week. For those who don’t know Burbot are called poor man’s lobster and they truly are delicious! The past few years they are active around here starting about this time so don’t be surprised if you hook into one. No Smallmouth reports. We are still planning to be open through the first week of December weather permitting! On inclement weather days we may close early so best to call ahead. Our closing hours have changed . Our hours are 6am to 5pm. As always call for your up to the minute report we tell it as we hear it!
