FISHING REPORT

Wednesday September 11th,
Kings are moving right along. I’ve been getting reports of a couple here and there every day now, also quite a few hits and misses. There are some really nice Steelhead, and a few Coho have been caught within the mix. This past weekend, there were 3 Northerns that I know of for sure. All the bigger fish to my knowledge have been caught on lures, spoons and crankbaits. Most activity has been in the dark hours but there have been some fish caught during the daylight hours also. Late last week, a kid was catching Perch in the harbor here at Montrose. He had about 8 to 10, and some were decent size. Smallmouth active. This one in the pic was caught on a night crawler but artificial been working too. Sheephead off and on. Have a great week. Here’s a few pics of some fish from last week.
Water temps slowly dropping. Get up and get out you can’t catch them from your couch! As always call for your up to the minute report we tell it as we hear it!
